It’s been a while now since my first blog about mental health so I thought it was the right time to share with you guys on how I am coping with my own mindset. I wanted to share with you some products I have been using to help with this, purely my own view but I believe they have helped me in improving my mental wellbeing. I will purely be talking about the effects they have had on me, however if you would like more information of the products there then you can find links at the bottom of this blog
If you follow my Instagram, then you will know that I have recently been using Hapihemp CBD oil as part of my morning routine.
I have to be totally honest with you guys after six weeks now of using it my stress levels and anxiety issues are 100% better. Now don’t get me wrong, this might not have been just through taking CBD oil alone because personally I believe it’s not enough ? you still have to have the right lifestyle to go with it in order to improve your mental health. I started off taking 5% 3 times a day and now I have moved to taking 15% once a day. I think one of the biggest things I have noticed while taking the oil is that my sleep has definitely improved over the last few weeks, which is proven to be something that can help the mind and body a lot!
Another product I have been introduced to is Vitb12 shots – this product is quite new to me, I have only had two injections so far but I feel like this has given me a lot more energy and I also find that I am feeling less fatigued after training.
The injection takes around 10 seconds – Combining this with a healthy food and exercise plan has dramatically helped not only my mindset and well-being but I also feel my body has benefitted too. In addition to the Vitb12 I am also taking daily Methyl Florate 5 – MTHF Food supplement tablets, I am finding that this has contributed to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue which helps me massively psychologically.
As I have mentioned, this is all my opinion and I don’t believe the improvement of my mental wellbeing is solely down to these products. As well as using these products, I have removed myself and my mindset from any negativity whether it be online social media or in public. I always try to surround myself with positive people which is a huge factor in how I am feeling, the people around you can have a huge impact. Whenever I find myself with a lot on my mind I try to clear my head to help that positive mindset stay on track by getting plenty of fresh air in my lungs by going for a long walk.

Enjoyed reading this! I have tried CBD oil before and it was really good for me and did help me out so I can relate to you on that aspect! Haven?t tried the others but I?ll look into it for sure! The last part of this blog I wish you could had went on longer because it?s so true! We need to take ourselves away from negativity and not allow ourselves to be in situations which wouldn?t add to our growth! Do another blogger about this please as I?m sure it?ll help and inspire so many people! Being kind is the new cool and the best thing about it is that it doesn?t cost a penny!
